Notes and conditions For security reasons we can not allow you to install your own web applications like a CMS or discussion board, but we might be able to install and maintain it for you, so don't hesitate to ask. You won't sign a contract when becoming a user with us. All our operations are trust-based and in the recent years this worked well for us and our users. We do send out invoices. Financial transactions are handled via Meinhard's bank account in Germany or in cash. You pay us one year up front at account activation and your subscription is extended automatically after each year. To cancel your subscription you need to notify us two months before the end of the running subscription year. Two months are neccessary, because we need to cancel domains with our domain provider 4 weeks before the end of a subscription year at latest. To cancel your subscription send us a short email and we will send you a confirmation and close your account after the end of the subscription year. Please note that we will delete your data from our server(s) after closing your account. We commit to supply our services without any major interruptions. However, due to maintainance services might be down up to 1 hour per month. We make nightly backups of your data and keep them up to a week.
